补肾养血粥

食材:

1杯黑米、1杯黑豆、2个核桃、适量枸杞、适量黑芝麻、适量莲子 



做法:

1、先把食材淘洗干净放入高压锅内,加入适量水



2、盖上锅盖,大火上汽后转小火25-30分钟,关火后自然放气



3、出锅





小米山药粥

做法:

1、将山药洗净捣碎,与小米同煮为粥,然后加白糖适量,空腹食用



功效:健脾止泻,消食导滞。同时也适用于儿童脾胃虚弱,消化不良。





火腿蛋丝粥

做法:

1、准备所需材料

2、蛋加入少许盐打散

3、平底锅加入少许油烧热,然后倒入鸡蛋

4、把鸡蛋摊熟后,切成丝

5、将火腿切成丝,入锅内煸炒一下盛出备用

6、大米粥倒入锅内煮开

7、然后加入鸡蛋丝和火腿丝

8、煮开后,加入适量的盐和鸡精

9、最后煮至盐溶化后装碗,装碗后再撒上花生碎、胡椒粉和葱花即可食用





小米红枣

做法:

1、小米1小把,淘洗干净后,用清水泡5-6分钟

2、2-3碗清水,锅内烧开后,放入小米连同浸泡的水

3、大火煮开2分钟,转中小火慢慢熬

4、红枣5颗,去核,切成两半(喜欢甜一点的可以加点糖)

5、待小米粥熬至粘稠后,加入红枣丝,再小火熬3分钟,关火2分钟即可
